West Ham have issued an indefinite ban to the supporter involved in an altercation with West Brom midfielder Jake Livermore.

The Baggies man claims the fan made a comment about the death of his infant son during his side’s 2-1 defeat at the London Stadium.

The Hammers said the man “violated a number of ground regulations” and “abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.”

Livermore will not face any action from the FA over the incident.
